Aftercare
A few hours after getting your tattoo, you can remove the covering supplied by your artist.

If you were bandaged with DERMOR, Saniderm, or Tegaderm you can wait 24hrs before removal to allow for the adhesive to wear down.
First wash your hands with water and soap. Then gently wash the tattoo with warm water and a fragrance-free bottled soap such as a general antibacterial hand soap. Pat your skin dry with a clean dry paper towel.

Apply a small amount of fragrance-free and alcohol-free moisturizer or Crybaby aftercare to the tattoo. Rub the product completely into the skin so the tattoo is not wet or shiny. You can keep the covering off at this point to let your skin breathe.

*We DO NOT recommend Antibiotic ointments or petroleum-based products, as these tend to sit on top of the skin and hinder the tattoo healing process. These products may also cause allergic reactions in some cases. Your tattoo is safe from infection as long as it is kept clean and moisturized.

Repeat 2-3 times a day for the duration of around 2 weeks until the peeling stage of healing has ended.

Peeling and scabbing occurs after about 2-4 days and lasts usually around a week or week and a half. Continue to keep your tattoo clean and moisturized and never scratch or pick at your healing tattoo.

We recommend continuing a good moisturizing routine as it can take up to 6 months for a tattoo to heal completely and to keep your skin healthy and tattoos looking bright.
